For any reason you become dissatisfied with one of your purchases within 30 days you may return the item to us for a replacement, substitute or in-store credit.
In the event your item is defective due to a manufacture defect, we will replace your item free of charge and ship your replacement right away.
To return an items please contact our customer assistance representatives by calling toll-free to request a return merchandise authorization form. You may also login into your account and complete this request online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT accept items that have been opened, or used for refund. Used and opened items can be replaced with the same or like item. If your packaging shows signs of defect or damage, please do not open the item. Simply contact customer service for a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form. In most cases your replacement item will be on it’s way to you before we receive your return.

If you are not satisfying about the product received from USSW.com, please contact our customer service as soon as possible, mail online chat to ask for return address. Send us the tracking number when you returned your items, we will refund or exchange when we get your package.
If you received the items that is not you ordered , please take some images and show to our online chat ASAP, we will resend the right one to you immediatly.
Please ship the package to the designated address provided by the after sales staff. Customers have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide a partial refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.
Out of stock:
Some items may out of stock or there may be insufficient products to complete the order during the order processing stage. Our customer service staff will contact you and provide you with a status update. Customers are eligible to ask for a partial Refund (covering some of the item cost and the shipping fee) in the event of not receiving email notification.
If the item you received is not exactly correct at our website described and do not fit you then you can exchange to right size but can't cancel especially for one-size item since we have note the specific size measurement beside them. One size item is not suit for everyone.
